KCCA FC in buoyant mood ahead of Sadolin Paints encounter

Champions elect, Kampala Capital City Authority Footfall  Club ( KCCA FC) will officially be crowned winners of the 2016/17 Azam Uganda Premier League on Saturday as they take on Sadolin Paints at Phillip Omondi stadium.
The mood in the camp is good with the players and technical staff focused to make sure the season ends on a good note.
Team captain Dennis Okot indicates, the target is go make sure they end the league campaign with maximum points.
We set ourselves the target of surpassing the points we got last season and thankfully we attained that but that doesn’t mean we relax because we need to stretch it further
The skipper told www.kccafc.co.ug before the team’s morning training session at the Philip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.
KCCA FC have so far garnered 63 points, six more than what was attained in the last campaign.
Team manager, Mike Hillary Mutebi shares similar sentiments with his captain and emphasized focus ahead of the clash against Sadolin Paints this Saturday.
We are ready for the game tomorrow (Saturday) and we are not taking  it for granted because we won the title already. The target is for us to play well and make sure we end the season in style
The manager said before adding that maximum points will be the prime target going into the game against Sadolin Paints.
We do not underestimate our opponents. Despite facing the drop already, they have been one of our toughest opponents but our target is to make sure we get maximum points

Youngster Allan Okello is unavailable due to engagements with Kibuli SS at the ongoing National Post Primary Schools’ Championship in Masaka.
Midfielder Muzamir Mutyaba has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a shoulder injury.
Dennis Rukundo, Geoffrey Serunkuuma, Brian Majwega and Isaac Kirabira who were rested in the game against Proline on Tuesday return and will be available for selection.

Only those that will come to Phillip Omondi stadium with tickets for the game against Club Africain on Tuesday will take part in the raffle draw.
