KCCA FC GO DOWN AT HOME BUT KEEP LEAGUE LEAD – UPL

KCCA FC were 1-2 losers against tax collectors URA FC at Startimes Stadium, Lugogo.

Shafick Kagimu’s first half goal in the 25th minute and his strike from the penalty spot was all the tax men needed to win at Lugogo.

KCCA FC skipper Timothy Awany had earlier on restored parity from the spot in the 66th minute after second half substitute Muzamiru Mutyaba was fouled in the box

KCCA FC looked far from their best from the onset and failed to tame a stubborn URA side in an end to end encounter at Lugogo.

Skipper Awany had his free kick saved acrobatically by James Alitho early in the game and Poloto failed to tap in the rebound.

Five minutes from the end of first half, Mike Mutyaba got out of the blocks and laid a beautiful pas s to Poloto whose shot was blocked by Benjamin Nyakoojo

After recess, Muzamiru Mutyaba was inrtoduced for Mike Mutyaba to try get something positive for KCCA FC.

URA made changes introducing Peter Lwasa for Omnuk Robert and Abdullah Nyanzi for Victor Kilama.

KCCA FC skipper Awany and Nicholas Kasozi were later cautioned for committing fouls on URA FC players.
