Kirabira ready for business against former club Villa

There will be no emotions or mercy when deep lying midfielder Isaac Kirabira faces boyhood club SC Villa on Tuesday at Lugogo.

Kirabira, who joined KCCA FC in August this year, spent close to 10 years at Villa Park – first with Jogoo Young and then the senior team.

“Of course I treasure what Villa gave me for all those years but they must understand that I’m now at Lugogo for real football business,” said the calm midfielder
“I want my current team to get three points and stay on course of winning the league trophy – which should be my first since I started league football in 2008.”

“I’m totally convinced that KCCA is better than the Villa team man per man and that coupled with our superior home advantage give us the edge to win next week’s clash at Lugogo,” added the midfielder
who spent last season at The Saints FC.
Kirabira has been sitting infront of KCCA FC’s defense and he hopes to cover every breadth of grass to close out his former team mates.
Having captained the 16-time league champions – for a while, Kirabira knows the intensity of the timeless clash between these two heavyweights.
“It will be a close contest but with the tactical managers we have and the experienced match winners, we will ultimately come out on top,” he predicted.
Manager Mike Mutebi, his assitant Morley Byekwaso and first team coach Badru Kaddu together with players Benjamin Ochan and Isaac Muleme are the other former Villa staff that will be in KCCA FC’s corner on Tuesday as the table leaders bid to strengthen their grip.
