We must make our home ground advantage count – Mucureezi

Ahead of KCCA FC’s Uganda Premier League tie against Police FC at Lugogo this Friday, attacking midfielder Paul Mucureezi says KCCA FC’s home artificial turf will play a great part in deciding the winner.
“We have not been able to win our last two games (against Vipers and Jinja SSS) but we want to protect our unbeaten home record at Lugogo. We don’t want to lose more games again because the team is now more united and ready to fight,” he said.
Mucu, who has one goal so far this season – against The Saints FC, says the team has not been doing well because every team in the league has good and bad moments.
“This unfortunate run of form we have been going through recently happens to everyone but we are championship material, we are investing in a lot of energy this time to begin winning matches and by God’s grace we shall make it.”
Mucureezi says if we win the Police match at Lugogo, this will act as the springboard to win our next away game – against Bright Stars at Mwererwe.
