KCCA FC Head Coach Abdallah Mubiru has talked about his players copying up with his philosophy.

Mubiru was speaking in relation to the game KCCA FC played against Soltilo Bright Stars FC last week at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

The journey to getting back to where we belong is still a long one but what gives me hope is that the players are giving in maximum effort. The playing, the points and the rest will come in steadfast

KCCA FC’s next task is a short trip to Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku as the team takes on SC Villa in a derby on Friday, 22, December, 2023.

KCCA FC completed the double over SC Villa last season. Winning 3-0 away at Aki Bua Stadium, Lira and 4-1 at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

It is about every player giving his best on the pitch. They are not where we want them to be. We feel they can do more. We can try and build on the recent results going forward. At the moment, every point we get is important and helps on our confidence as a team. Ours as the technical team is to keep preparing the players to their very best and have the best team representing the club on any day.

KCCA FC will be hoping they can build on their recent home form and thus collect their first three points on the road this term on Friday in the Kampala derby.
