The stage is set for one of the most storied fixtures in Ugandan football as SC Villa hosts KCCA FC in a high-stakes Kampala Derby at the FUFA Stadium, Kadiba, as the season approaches its final bend.

The Cityzens currently hold 3rd place with 45 points, closely followed by SC Villa in 4th with 41 points.

The Jogoos have made Kadiba a fortress this season and will be looking to stop a KCCA FC side that has won five games in a row in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

Lazaro Muhindo returns to the squad after missing the cup quarter-final due to suspension.

Sharifu Ssengendo returned to full team training this week after being taken off late in the cup quarter-final due to an injury.

Umar Lutalo commenced rehabilitation after missing the previous game due to a knee injury.

James Mubezi stepped up his rehabilitation this week. The left back suffered a fracture and underwent surgery in March.

Knee injuries rule out Derrick Nsibambi and midfielder Bright Anukani from this match.
