I am happy to be back, and I want to rewrite my story here. I am eager to work with the players and coaches at the club.
Forward Charles "Neymar" Lwanga has officially completed his return to KCCA FC.
After his initial three year chapter with the club concluded in July 2023, the dynamic attacker has put pen to paper on a fresh agreement to wear the yellow and blue once again.
Lwanga originally joined KCCA FC from SC Villa in 2020, where his impressive statistics 33 goals and 21 assists in 35 games for their Junior team, alongside 3 goals and 3 assists in 19 senior appearances cemented his reputation as one of the nation's most elite teenage prodigies. Now returning with more top flight experience under his belt after three years at SC Villa, the forward is primed to elevate the club's attacking front.
During his first stint at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lwanga proved to be a clutch asset, finishing as the club’s top scorer in his debut campaign with 12 goals across all competitions.

Speaking about his decision to return to Lugogo for a second stint, Lwanga expressed his readiness to fight for silverware and build on the foundation he had previously laid.
I am happy to be back, and I want to rewrite my story here. I am eager to work with the players and coaches at the club. They are top quality players here, so I expect the competition levels to be up, and I am hopeful I can achieve a lot of success with this club.
Coach Brian Ssenyondo spoke to the club’s website after Lwanga had put pen to paper.

Lwanga possesses a combination of raw pace and a proven goal scoring instinct in this league. We know exactly how we want to deploy his strengths to make our front line more lethal. He understands the culture of this club, and his hunger to achieve big things aligns perfectly with our vision for the season.
With his return finalized, Lwanga is expected to seamlessly reintegrate into the squad environment, ready to write an even grander second chapter with the Kasasiro Boys.
