Stanbic Uganda Cup | FINAL
KCCA FC vs Vipers SC
FUFA Stadium, Kadiba
Saturday 31st, May, 2025
6:00 pm
KCCA FC will play Vipers SC in the final of the 51st edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
KCCA FC qualified by eliminating Kataka FC at the semifinal round, while Vipers SC qualified by eliminating Kitara FC.
KCCA FC will be seeking a record 11th Uganda Cup trophy, while Vipers will be aiming for their fourth cup.
The last time both sides met in a final was in 2018 in Bukedea. KCCA FC were 1-0 winners over Vipers.
Only two of the current members of the KCCA FC squad, Julius Poloto and Fillbert Obenchan, played in the final in Bukedea in 2018. The former, who is now the current captain of the team, scored the winning goal. The latter is his vice-captain.
In case of a draw after full full time, there will be extra time, and if after extra time no team has the advantage over the other, spot kicks will decide the winner for the final of the 51st edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.

We play a team that has just won the league and is in high spirits. However, this is a whole different tournament. We will give everything we have in the final. We do not have any injuries, and all 29 players are available for selection for the final. – Jackson Magera Kaddu
