KCCA FC Head Coach Magera Jackson has expressed concern over his team’s lack of precision in the final third in the previous match against Lugazi FC.
Speaking after the tie, Coach Magera acknowledged the difficulty presented by the opposition’s defensive setup but pointed the finger squarely at his side’s inefficiency.
Lugazi did well as far as low block defending is concerned. They frustrated our build up play. Our lads tried, but we did not do enough and were not so clinical in front of the goal. We need to focus on improving our precision in front of the goal as a priority.

Magera was emphatic about what the team needs to do if the club is to secure silverware this season, especially in crucial, high-stakes matches like the forthcoming derby against old rivals Express FC.
We have to bury the chances we get and that way we shall win matches.
KCCA FC visits old rivals Express FC in one of the biggest fixtures on the calendar this Thursday, October 23rd, at the Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo, at 8 pm.
The derby is traditionally a fiery encounter where form often goes out the window, and it comes down to who is ready to fight for the badge and who wants it more than the other side.
For KCCA, facing a historic rival away demands a far reaching improvement in converting opportunities into goals.
KCCA FC’s technical team, led by Jackson Magera, is faced with the task of instilling the killer instinct and confidence required to turn half-chances into goals, ensuring that the team’s creative efforts do not go to waste when the Cityzens visit the Red Eagles this Thursday at Nakivubo.
