KCCA FC is delighted to announce the signing of experienced defender Enock Walusimbi on a two-year contract.
The former URA FC captain joins the Cityzens as the club continues to bolster its squad ahead of the new season, with a clear focus on strengthening the defensive department.
Walusimbi, a proven leader on and off the pitch, brings a wealth of experience to the thirteen-time league champions. Having previously captained Express FC to a league title in 2020 and having spent a stint in Scotland, his aerial presence, composure, and organizational skills are expected to provide a much-needed anchor in the team’s backline. His versatility as a center back and fullback will also offer the coaching staff more tactical options.
Speaking on the new signing, co Head Coach Jackson Magera expressed his satisfaction with the acquisition.
Enock is a player we have been monitoring for a while. His leadership qualities and experience in the league are exactly what we need to strengthen our backline. We are confident he will be a key player for us.

Walusimbi becomes the club’s fourth major signing in the current transfer window after Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Herbert Achayi, and Lazaro Muhindo as the team prepares to compete for top honors in the upcoming season.
